| 摘 要： | “体教结合”给我们提出了一种新的运动员培养模式，它尝试着打破原有的举国体制培养模式，给我国运动员的培养及其选拔带来变革，但目前在实施这种模式过程中还存在基础不牢、体制不健全等问题。我们要结合国内外一些成功经验和国内基本国情，尝试打破制约“体教结合”的瓶颈，寻求适合国情的“体教结合”，为我国培养高素质劳动者和优秀体育后备人才提供微薄力量。

| Abstract: | The combination of sports and education provides a new model of training athlete, It attempts to break the nation structure of the original pattern of training and make change on athlete＇ s cultivation and selection. However, in the process of implementing this model, there are still problems such as infirm basis and imperfect system. Combining with our national condition and some successful experiment at home and abroad, the bottlenecks of combination of sports and education should be broken in order to find out suitable combination and provide the reference for our talented reservation, |
