| 摘 要： | 在对中国先秦儒家主要代表人物孔子、孟子的人性思想进行分析后发现孔孟的理想主义色彩较浓,也较接近"自我实现".他们虽然并不否认"基本需要"的满足,但他们更多地关注在实现欲望过程中如何处理个人与他人的关系以及道德理想的实现和道德境界的提升.而在与马斯洛理论结合的过程中,孔子、孟子关于人性、关于人的道德理想的理论,仍是我国传统文化的有益成分.

| Abstract: | The analysis of Confucius and Mencius' thoughts on human nature in this paper found that although they were both idealists,they come very near to the idea of"self-realization".They admitted the need to provide for the "basic needs",but they were more concerned in the process on how people deal with one another and how to promote morality.In light of Maslow's theory,Confucius and Mencius thoughts on human nature are valuable parts of our traditional culture. |
