| 摘 要： | 20世纪80、90年代,国际社会日益关注全球气候变暖现象,并制订了一系列减少温室气体排放的国际立法,尤以《气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》最为重要。为在环境领域树立良好的国际公民形象,澳大利亚积极参与保护全球气候环境的国际会议,并在所有的气候变化国际公约上正式签字。但由于受制于国内工业集团的压力,澳大利亚在减少温室气候排放而承担的国际义务方面常打折扣,这种做法不仅最终危害其自身经济健康,而且会影响它的对外关系的发展。

| Abstract: | During the period of the 1980's and 1990's, the international society pays more and more attention to the phenomenon of global warming climate and enacts a series of international laws for reductions of greenhouse gas emission, the Framework Convention of Climate Change and the Kyote Protocol in particular. In order to be a international good citizen in the field of environment, Australia actively engages in the international meetings for protecting the environment of global climate, and signed in all international conventions. However, under the pressure of the domestic industrial group, Australian international duty on reducing its greenhouse gas emission has often been discounted, which not only endangers its own economic health, but also affects the development of its foreign affairs. |
