| 摘 要： | 通过Visual C＋＋ 6.0提供的DirectShow技术实现了一个用于人工影响天气炮点安全监控的视频监控系统。可以实现视频回放，录像监控多种功能。经过测试通过该技术实现的监控系统实时性、扩展性很好。

| Abstract: | A monitoring system for artificial influence on weather was implemented in this paper, using DirectShow framework under Visual C 6.0,which can realize video-playback, monitor the video recordint and so on. By test, it makes a good real-time transmission performance and expandability. |
