| 摘 要： | 用芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、米曲霉的细胞或孢子悬浮注分别放置于元极堂及元极康复医院２４ｈ，采用稀释涂布法统计成活率，发现元极堂内三元场对试验的三种菌的成活率均有较大影响，２６株对照和１３５株经元极堂处理，分析蛋白酶活性变化，证明元极堂内三元场对米曲霉的产酶能力有较显著的影响。

A Study of the Effects of Three-Yuan Field in Yuanji Hall |

| Abstract: | The cells or spore suspensions of Aspergillus orgza, bacillus, and staphylococcus aureus were placed in Yuanji Hall and Yuanji Therapeutical Hospital for 24 hours, and dilution coating method was used to test the survival rate. It is discovered that the Three-Yuan field in Yuanji Hall exercises considerably great influence upon the survival rate of the 3 fungi. After the treatment of 26 strain contrasts and 135 strain in Yuanji Hall, an analysis was made of proteinase activity, proving that the Three- Yuan field of Yuanji Hall exerts remarkable influence upon the enzymatic productivity of Aspergillus orgzae. |
