| 摘 要： | 蒙古联盟政府的教育理念，摇摆于民族主义和“民族协和”两者之间；日本人对蒙古教育事业的统治，并没有按着计划实施到每一个角落，它有局限性，日本占领蒙疆也终归失败。在复杂的社会风云中，蒙古知识青年选择了加强推动小学建设，使内蒙古西部的初等教育有了发展。事实上，日本人为了巩固统治地位，利用成吉思汗精神，把它融进“东亚新秩序”理念之中。以蒙古知识青年为主体的民族主义也有它的局限性。知识青年反对日本对蒙疆地区的侵略、占领，但是他们并没有全面否定日本语。而在接受先进知识和科学技术的时候，他们把日本语当作一种手段积极使用。他们这种实践活动也证明，他们想超越成吉思汗崇拜这种“血统性”、民族主义思想给他们带来的局限性。

| Abstract: | The education concept of puppet Mongolian government swayed between nationalism and ＂national equality＂. Japanese governance of Mongolian education was not carried out in every part of Mongol and its occupation of Mongol finally turned out to be a failure. In the complicated historical background, Mongolian youth chose to strengthen the construction of primary schools and developed the elementary education in the West of Inner Mongolia. In fact, in order to reinforce its ruling, the Japanese took advantage of Genghis Khan spirit and integrated it with ＂the New East Asia Order＂ concept. The nationalism with Mongolian youth as its main components had its own limitations. They opposed the invasion of Japanese into Mongolian frontiers, but they did not completely denied the Japanese language, and they made active use of Japanese when accepting advanced scientific knowledge and technology. Their practice proved that they wanted to break through the restrictions of nationalism and origin brought about by Genghis Khan worship. |
