| 摘 要： | 区域企业创新系统内部各要素之间存在着多重反馈,为了更客观地评估一个区域企业创新系统及其创新能力,引进网络层次分析法,在调查问卷的基础上,分别计算网络层次分析法和传统层次分析法的权重矩阵,并对权重系数进行比较分析.分析结果揭示了传统层次分析法在区域企业创新能力评估上的误区,同时也揭示了提高区域企业创新能力方面需要遵循的几个准则.
