| 摘 要： | 休闲时代的到来是武术发展难得的契机,武术独特的修身养性以及其富含的文化特征能够在一定程度上满足休闲时代人们健身、娱乐、交友、心里放松和自我超越的需要,武术的发展应顺应休闲时代人们对武术的需求,整理挖掘武术的休闲特征,充分利用网络资源传播武术,促进学校武术的发展,建立一批武术休闲养生基地,开发武术旅游休闲项目,让武术结合休闲,成为回归自然的新生活方式。

| Abstract: | The advent of leisure times is a rare opportunity for the development of Wushu,Wushu with a unique self-cultivation and rich cultural identity can meet the leisure times physical fitness needs,entertainment,friends,and mind to relax and self-transcendence needs to a certain extent.In leisure times Wushu development should conform to people＇s leisure time needs,leisure finishing excavation features,fully use of network resources,dissemination of Wushu,to promote the development of Wushu schools,the establishment of a number of Wushu base for health and development of Wushu leisure tourism and leisure project.Let Wushu combine leisure times,as a natural return to a new way of life. |
