| 摘 要： | 导游服务是旅行社接待服务质量最重要的表现之一，由于多种原因，我国导游员薪酬制度存在不合理的因素，成为我国导游员服务质量提升的阻碍。《旅行社条例》的颁布，透视着我国导游员发展空间的改善，也透视出导游员薪酬体制的完善。出团工资、奖金制度、佣金、小费制度以及直付导游费是导游员薪酬的合理组成部分，是导游员服务的物质生活保障。 |

| Abstract: | The service quality of tour guides is one of the most important performance offered by travel agency. Due to various reasons, there are ,some unreasonable factors in the payment of the tour guides in our country, which is an obstacle to improve the service quality of tour guides. The issue of regulations of travel agency! will improve tour guides＇ development conditions, and make the salary system more sound. Through analysis of the existing salary system and the terms of regulations of travel agency , the paper insists that the salary system, including guide fees, bonus system , commissions, tips, and direct payment for tour guides, will serve as an assurance for tour guides＇ living standard. |
