| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,高校二级财务管理不断增强,这已成为高校财务管理的新课题。本文通过实践和总结,指出目前我国高校二级财务管理中存在的主要问题,提出了加强高校二级财务管理的改进措施,并试图建立二级财务管理绩效评价指标体系。
