| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,对运动员社会化的外界环境建设理念进行研究,提出把坚持以运动员为本作为运动队组织建设的核心内容,以促进运动员的全面发展为运动队组织建设的主要目标;以协调发展为运动队组织建设的基本原则,以对运动员社会化实行统筹兼顾作为运动队组织建设的总体要求;以实现运动员可持续发展为运动队建设效果的重要体现。

| Abstract: | With the guidance of scientific development concept,the paper researches the construction concept of environment about the socialization of athletes.It suggests that the core is athlete and the main aim is to improve the comprehensive development of athlete in sport team organization;the principle is to concordantly develop and the fundamental request is to make athlete socialization bringing into scientific program in sport team organization;the important embodiment is to achieve sustainable development for the effect of sport team construction. |
