论施密特触发器

摘    要:施密特触发器可以用于波形变换、脉冲整形、脉冲鉴幅.用CMOS反相器构成的施密特触发器中,R1必须小于R2,否则电路将进入自锁状态,不能正常工作.从电压传输特性论述了当R1大于R2时,施密特触发器不具有施密特触发特性,电路不能正常工作.论述了用TTL门电路组成的施密特触发器中,在输入端串进的二极管D是减小vO=VOH时门G2的负载电流.说明了同相输出和反相输出施密特触发特性对应的施密特触发器图形符号在输出端的区别.

Abstract:Schmitt trigger can be used to waveform alternate,ripple plastic and ripple gain.R1 must be less than R2,if Schmitt trigger is made of CMOS inverter,otherwise the circuit will be locked by itself and can't work as usual.From the aspect of voltage transmission characteristics it discusses that Schmitt trigger hasn't Schmitt trig characteristics and the circuit can't work as usual,when R1 is bigger than R2.In Schmitt trigger which is made up of TTL gate circuit,it discusses how to discrease load current of Gate G2 circuited input terminal diodes D in series when vo is equal tovo= VOH.It explains the difference of the figure mark of Schmitt trigger in output terminal,which is correlative to different Schmitt trig characteristics between nonynverting output and inverting output.
