| 摘 要： | 通过对比实验，对高校羽毛球选项课运用竞赛法教学进行了研究。证明竞赛法教学能有效地激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的体育能力，改善学生竞争与协同的心理素质，促进他们良好的体育习惯的形成和规则意识的树立。

| Abstract: | Through comparative experiment, researched contest method using in colleges' badminton selective course. It prove that using contest method in teaching will stir up the learning interest of the students effectively, and increase the physical ability, improve the students competition and coordination psychology diathesis, promote them to form fine physical habit and establish regulations cosciousness. |
