摘    要:中小学教师教育技术能力的培养和提高成关系到新一轮基础教育改革能否成功,对于重新认识和优化教师的能力结构,推动教师的专业化水平提高和我国信息教育的改革具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The article mainly analyzes the capacity of primary and secondary school teachers of educational technology into the developing and enhancing relations between the reform of basic education to a new round of success. It is necessary for teachers to understand and optimize the ability to structure, and promote the professional level of teachers and education reform of China's information with some guidance.
