| 摘 要： | 福建工程学院在全国高等教育进入大众化之时应运而生。经过6年的改革发展，福建工程学院抓住机遇，精心谋划，快速地从专科步入本科的办学轨道，当前正处于战略转移的关键时期。文章回望了福建工程学院办学6年的发展历程，规划了今后“以科学发展观为指导，高起点超常规十谋发展”的总体思路、工作切入点和4个着力点”等美好愿景。
