| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育是以就业为导向的教育,培养的是毕业后不需要有见习期就可以上岗工作的一线技术应用型人才,职业资格证是表明持证者具备从事某项工作的证明,因此高职高专毕业生不但要有高等教育的学历证(毕业证),而且要有职业资格证.本文就农科专业如何制定有双证的培养目标、教学计划,建设双师型教师队伍、校内实训基地,设立职业技能鉴定站等方面进行了论述.

| Abstract: | Carrying out double certificate for high vocational education is a important context in teaching reformation. This paper stated that how to set down the talent cultivation target ,draw the didactical plan ,construct the double competency teaching staff, the base of practice training ,the station appraising occupational skills in the agricultural specialities. |
