| 摘 要： | 知识经济的时代特征决定终身教育是知识女性面临的首要任务之一。但知识女性终身教育中存在的理论误区和实践盲点严重制约其终身教育的有效展开。唯有正确认识其中的独特困境,知识女性才能牢固树立终身教育的理念,才能不断发展和完善自我,从而带动女性的整体性发展,实现真正意义上的男女平等和妇女解放。

| Abstract: | Lifelong education is one of the most important tasks of the female intellectuals due to the time characters.But the blind areas of theory and practice in the lifelong education of female intellectuals have conditioned its effective implementation,To have a correct understanding of its special troubles in the lifelong education of female intetlectuals will help them to acquire the lifelong education ideal in order to develop and improve themselves,and to lead the whole femalee's development in order to realize the ideals of true equality between the male and the female and the women's liberation. |
