| 摘 要： | 网络赌博犯罪不同于传统的赌博犯罪，具有跨地域、链接便捷、操作简单、资金划拨迅速、隐蔽性强等特点。同时，这类犯罪手段的多样化、复杂化、犯罪主体的智能化等现实使得侦破这类犯罪时侦查取证相当困难。

| Abstract: | The network gambling crime differs from traditional gambling crime,with cross-boundary link convenient,simple,rapid transfer of funds,strong features such as hidden.At the same time,this type of crime the diversification of criminal means,complicated,intelligent,such as the main crime makes the detection of such a reality is very difficult to obtain evidence of crime. |
