摘    要:政府绩效管理通过一系列合理化的实施环节有效的应用于政府日常行政管理中,是一种科学的管理工具与系统化的流程作业模式。随着政府部门外部环境压力不断增加以及内部管理科学化的迫切需求,战略性绩效管理实施与应用必将成为公共部门转变工作方式、提供政府行政效率以及增强服务意识的重要方式和关键路径。
