摘    要:传统的观点认为,在大强度的运动中,肌肉产生疲劳的主要原因是乳酸的生成。由于乳酸的产生,使肌肉的机能下降。"乳酸-酸中毒-肌疲劳"三者之间存在因果关系。这些传统的观点有可能有错误的一面,从乳酸和疲劳之间因果关系的传统观点、酸中毒是否受温度的影响和有受益的作用进行总结。希望再次评价乳酸在肌肉疲劳中的作用,需进一步深入的研究。

Abstract:The standpoint of tradition considers that the major cause in muscular fatigue is pro- duction of lactic acid during intensive exercise.Production of lactic acid decrease muscular func- tion.There are a causal relationship among lactic acid,acidosis and fatigue.It is possible to have some mistakes in the standpoint of tradition.Due to a lack of studies,it can not be clear on it.We explained the early acceptance of a causal relationship between lactic acid and fatigue and showed the temperature dependence of acidosis-induced changes and the beneficial effect of acidosis.These different findings require us to reevaluate our notions of the effect of lactic acid in muscular fatigue and make farther study for these different findings.
