| 摘 要： | “以人为本”的教育理念，是一种建立在人性基础上的现代德育理念。只有实施以人为本的教育，高校德育才能真正提高其实效性。章分析了目前德育中人本精神缺失的现状，阐述了高校德育坚持以人为本的必要性，提出了落实“以人为本”精神的措施。

| Abstract: | Humanism is a modern moral education thought which sets up on the base of human nature. Only carrying out the humanism education, good result of the moral education in universities can be achieved. This article analyses present situation that humanism is short in moral education, expounding the necessity of persisting in humanism on moral education in universities and putting forward the methods to implement the humanism. |
