| 摘 要： | 报考体育专业的考生由于缺少心理训练和应考心理的指导,造成许多考生的考试失败.考生存在的主要的心理问题表现在以下几个方面:1情绪的稳定性.2兴奋强度的适应性.3运动感知觉的灵敏性.4投篮的命中率.根据考生的考试心理特提出几点建议;1加强考生投篮的心理自控能力的训练.2加强投篮技术动作的动力定型.3进行模拟体育高考的训练.4认真做好考前的心理准备.

| Abstract: | Many college entrance examinees of physical Education fail for the lack of trainingand instructing psychologically. The main causation can be concluded into the following cate-gories: 1) stability of mood; 2 ) fitness of excitation intensity;3) sensitivity of motion sensetionand perception ;4)percentage of basketball hist.Thus, four suggestions are put forward to im-prove the performance of examinees of Physical Education in college entrance examination ofbasketball program: 1) training intensely to enhance examinee's self-control;2) strentheningthe dynamic stereotype of examinee's basketball hitting skills; 3)training with simulated test asentrance examination;4)letting examinee get psychological readiness before hand. |
