| 摘 要： | 高校教师智能结构一般分为研究型、教学型和社区服务型三种类型取向.优化教师智能结构要充分考虑高校的不同类型,要根据大学类型制定高校教师智能结构优化策略.优化高校教师智能结构策略一般包括形成共识和经费专用、成立机构、制度保证、依托项目、明确内容五个方面的内容,在其中的细微处,不同类型高校的具体措施要体现出差别.

| Abstract: | The intelligence structure of university faculty can be divided into three types: research-oriented structure,teaching-oriented structure and community-serving structure.To optimize the intelligence structure of faculty should consider differences among universities.The measures of faculty optimization generally include five points as follows: forming common understanding of expense,establishing institutes,building guarantee system,relying on projects and confirming contents.And in the concrete,these measures should be adjusted in accordance with different types of universities. |
