摘    要:显性课程和隐性课程都是对学生进行教育的有效方式。显性课程已经纳入了学校的教学计划,而隐性课程在学生的教育中也发挥着重要的作用。如何从隐性课程的涵义、因素、可操作性、对学生影响的作用效果强度及教师在教学中如何利用和控制隐性课程是教师教学工作的重要任务。

Abstract:Both explicit and implicit courses are effective ways to provide education to the students.Explicit courses have been incorporated into the school teaching plan,and the implicit courses also play a very important role in the education of students.Understanding the conception,factors,operatability,the effect on the students and teachers'methods to apply and adjust implicit courses are important tasks in teaching.
