贫困地区农村中职教师精准培训模式研究

摘    要:教师培训是促进教师发展、提高教育质量的重要方式。贫困地区农村中职教师在参与培训机会、选择培训内容以及接受培训方式方面都存在不足。农村中职教师精准培训模式在理念上,体现公平第一,为最需要培训的教师提供服务;在培训过程上,变“课程中心”为“学习者为中心”,提高受训者的获得感;在实施机制上,实现优质培训资源的最大程度扩散。基于H省“送培到校,精准培训”的案例研究发现,突出对象精准、内容精准和方式精准是实践精准培训理念,改进教师培训效率,全方位提升职教师资队伍水平的重要途径。同时,对“精准送培”项目提出了激发教师内在发展动机、推动优质培训内容建设以及实现培训机制可持续发展等方面的进一步思考,以期更好地推进职教师资培训。

Study on the Precise Training Model of Rural Secondary Vocational School Teachers in Poor Areas

Abstract:Teacher training is an important method for teacher development and education quality enhancement.Rural secondary vocational school teachers in poor areas have shortcomings in participating in training opportunities,selection of training content and training methods.The precise training model for rural secondary vocational school teachers reflects the concept of fairness first and provides services for teachers who need training most.In the training process,the"course-centered"is changed to"learner-centered"to improve the sense of gain of the trainees;and in the implementation mechanism,the maximum diffusion of high-quality training resources is achieved.Based on the case study of"Precise training for the rural vocational schools"in H province,it is found that highlighting precise objects,content and methods is the experience.What's more,how to stimulate the intrinsic development motivation of teachers,promote the construction of high-quality training content and realize the sustainable development of training mechanism are also crucial to the sustainable development of the teacher.
