| 摘 要： | 实施绩效管理可以改善图书馆的服务效果,提高工作绩效,激励馆员,增强馆员工作满意感和图书馆凝聚力。在简述图书馆绩效管理的内涵的基础上,分析公共图书馆绩效管理存在的问题,提出公共图书馆实施绩效管理的流程。
