卓越工程师工程实践能力阶梯培养模式研究

摘    要:本文从卓越工程师培养计划出发,分析了当前工程实践教育存在的问题,提出了以培养学生实践能力和创新能力为目标,遵循实践教学先基础后应用、四年工程实践不断线的实践能力培养体系。实践证明,工程实践阶梯培养模式提高了学生的工程实践能力、创新能力和就业竞争力。

Abstract:Starting from the training plan for excellent engineers,this paper analyses the problems existing in the current engineering practice education,and puts forward a practical ability training system,which aims at cultivating students'practical ability and innovation ability and follows the order of the practice teaching first,application next,and four-year continuous line of engineering practice.Practice has proved that the stepped training model of engineering practice improves students'engineering practice ability,innovation ability and employment competitiveness.
