| 摘 要： | 在师范生教学技能训练中,结合传统训练的基础上,依托线上线下教学方式,建立以教学技能准备、说课、微格教学、片段教学的综合教学技能训练体系,并进行及时有效的教学评价。实践表明,综合教学技能训练对学生整体把握课堂教学技能有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | In the teaching skills training of normal school students,on the basis of traditional training,relying on online and offline teaching methods,a comprehensive teaching skills training system including teaching skills preparation,talking class,micro-lecture and fragment teaching is established,and timely and effective teaching evaluation is carried out.Practice shows that comprehensive teaching skills training has a positive role in promoting students to master classroom teaching skills as a whole. |
