| 摘 要： | 对信息伦理教育应作广义的理解。信息伦理教育是为培养作为信息活动主体的青少年在信息活动中依据“善”的标准而行为的道德素养所施加影响的过程。信息伦理教育是“小德育”的一个组成部分，是德育研究的新课题。
