| 摘 要： | 对北京部分部属高等院校的硕士研究生进行的就业意向调查显示,影响硕士研究生就业意向的因素有择业的清晰度、就业成功信心度、考虑就业的时间、学校的就业指导以及就业渠道的选择。统计分析结果表明,硕士研究生自身应降低就业期望,促使就业意向选择更加理性,减少功利性,增强就业的针对性,将有助于实现顺利就业。
