| Abstract: | Fixed assets in institutions of higher learning are huge wealth of colleges and universities and material guarantee for the development of higher learning.To strengthen the management of fixed assets in institutions of higher learning,we must raise cognition and change ideas;we must formulate strict rules and regulations;we must manage and use fixed assets well and let them play the significant role in the economic and social development of the place where the institution of higher learning is located. |
