| Abstract: | Distance instruction of Wushu can not only make good use of technology resources on the interenet,broaden the area of Wushu instructions,enrich the teaching methods,but also meet the needs of the future development of teaching. This article expounds teaching and learning methods of online Wushu on the basis of features,advantages,contents and principles of online Wushu teaching. |
