| 摘 要： | 本文在分析现行法定许可制度的基础上，说明了在网络环境下实施现行法定许可的困难。最后提出网络法定许可的实现方式：界定网络法定许可的范围、辅之以相应的技术手段和建立版权集体管理组织。
