课堂教学中的生命要素及活化方式

摘    要:传统的以教师为中心的教学论和新的以学生为中心的教学论,导致了课堂教学中偏面的强调关注一方,而忽略另一方面,更忽视课堂教学是一种生命参与的活动,是生命的成长和生成的过程。课堂教学中存在教师生命、学生生命和文本生命;教学的过程就是生命的相遇、交流和理解的过程,是生命的活化并创新的过程。课堂教学应重视教师的职业生命、发展学生的生命个性、挖掘生命的创新潜能并努力创设一种和谐的生命共同体,建构一种去模式化的教学过程。

Abstract:Traditional instructional theory of teachers' centre and new instructional theory of students 'centre emphasize one but ignore the other one.In both of theories,it is neglected that the classroom teaching is not only a life-participant activity,but also a process of life pullulating and creating,there are teachers' lives,students' lives and texts' lives in the classroom.Essentially,teaching in classroom is a process of life encounter,life intercourse and life comprehension,a process of life activation and life innovation.Therefore,in the classroom teaching,teachers' career lives should be regarded,students' lives individualities should be developed,innovative potential of life should be brought into play,and teaching process without fixed patterns should be constructed.
