| 摘 要： | 辟举县令于金朝初期、中期皆曾应用,但并未形成规制而广泛推行,金宣宗统治时期重申辟举县令法,并将其制度化。辟举县令法推行是针对县官阙员问题,更是为了维持金末丧乱背景下朝廷对地方的统治,是一项应急举措。该制是金代荐举制度的一部分,金朝对保举县令的举主有一定的品级要求,且必须承担连带责任。对辟举为令者以“六事考之”,其轶满后理论上会具有较好的升迁前景。该制推行后为地方选拔了一批可堪重用的县令,对金朝末期的统治产生了积极影响,同时也不可避免存在一些弊端。

| Abstract: | By changing his book’s name from Marx and Ecology to Marx’s Ecology,Foster makes the relationship between Marx and ecology from external to internal.What’s more,he strengthens such relationship by new understanding three questions below.Firstly,Foster re-understand the conception of Old Materialism to push the ration forward;secondly,he excavates deeply Epicurus on the ecology and rationalizes Marx’s view on the ecology;thirdly,by subversive reading on Francis Bacon,he emancipates the notion of“mastering nature”from the stereotyped impression which leads to environmental problems inevitably.It is through these efforts,Fostcer has his ideological basis and plilosophical paradigm to reconstruct Marx’s ecology. |
