| 摘 要： | 产业集聚政策是国外政府普遍采用的农村发展策略,国外对农村地区产业集聚政策进行了多种分析研究.产业集聚政策对农村地区的经济增长、就业和收入提高以及商业投资都具有重要影响.我国应该吸收借鉴国外经验,以产业集聚政策发展农村经济,当然,鉴于各国农村情况的客观差异,农村地区实施产业集聚政策应该谨慎行事.
