| 摘 要： | 通过对平衡计分卡按公共财政支持科技产业发展的逻辑进行修正和改进,把平衡计分卡引入科技产业的评价,结合层次分析法,对平衡计分卡下的公共财政支持科技产业发展的考核指标体系权重进行了确定和量化,以期达到对于公共财政支持科技产业发展进行科学、准确考核评价的目的。

| Abstract: | After a revision and an improvement of the balanced scorecard, which is achieved according to the logic of support for development of sci-tech industry by public finance, this paper introduces this new balanced scorecard into appraisal of sci-tech industry, and, combined with layer analysis, it quantitatively defines the weight of any of the appraisal indicators that constitute an indicator system as for the performance of public financial support for development of sci-tech industry. It serves to examine and appraise in a scientific and precise way the support for development of scitech industry by public finance. |
