| 摘 要： | 日本侵华战争的遗留问题主要有两类：一是日本对其侵略战争责任的认识问题；二是因侵略战争引起的赔偿问题。这些问题长期悬而未决并屡掀波澜，与日本朝野在政治上的右翼化倾向密切相关。现行国际法的原则和惯例为包括中国在内的亚洲各国人民通过法律途径解决战争遗留问题提供了法学依据。对日索赔的“法庭战争”将是一场持久战，但决不应再言放弃。

| Abstract: | Questions left over by Japanese War of Aggression against China fall into two kinds: Japan' s understanding of its responsibility for its war of aggression and compensations aroused by war of aggression. These questions' having been remaining unsettled is closely related to both Japanese government officials' and the people' s right wing tendency in politics. Principles and practices of present international law provide legal basis for the people of all Asian countries including China in settling questions left over by wars by means of law. The court war for demanding compensations from Japan will last for a long time, but it should not be given up again. |
