| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,对第十届世界健美操锦标赛混合双人项目我国前八名运动员与世界强队运动员的托举动作与动力性配合动作进行量化对比分析.研究指出:我国混双项目的托举动作的艺术性与国外强队存在很大差距.我国混双的托举动作主要围绕腰部和肩部进行,头部以上动作少且动作的编排缺少新意;动力性配合动作次数较少且动作持续时间短,与世界优秀选手差距较大.研究认为:在当今竞技健美操高手林立的局势下,我国运动员力量素质和其他身体素质的提高是今后训练的关键所在.
