小肌肉群训练对女子皮艇队员力量的影响

摘    要:对4名女子皮艇运动员增加3个月的小肌肉力量训练,比较和分析实验组与对照组200m水上测试结果,发现实验组队员的速度与桨频的提高幅度均显著高于对照组,结论:小肌肉群训练对提高女子皮艇运动员的速度力量有显著效果。

Abstract:Through adding small muscles group training to 4 women canoeing athletes for three month,then comparing and analyzing 200m test results between the experimental group and the control group,this paper finds that the speed and stroke frequency of the athletes in experimental group are raised higher than the athletes in the control group.The conclusion is that small muscles group training has remarkable effects on raising the speed strength of the women canoeing athletes.
