| 摘 要： | 联合抵制属协议性限制竞争行为之一,国外竞争法早已对其进行规制.联合抵制在中国实行市场经济后已大量出现,严重危害了市场竞争机制和消费者利益.由于中国反垄断法缺失,联合抵制在中国处于放任状态.结合中国联合抵制的特点及美国反垄断法规制联合抵制的司法实践,探讨我国联合抵制的法律调整对我国未来反垄断执法、司法具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Group boycott is one kind of the restrictions of competition and has been regulated in foreign countries long ago.It appears frequently after China's market-oriented reform,and it has brought about harmful effects on China's market mechanism and consumer's welfare.Because of the lacking of antimonopoly law in china,group boycott is in the state of uncontrolling.Probing into the concrete controlling of China's group boycott according to her own situation and makinging references to USA's lessons means a lot to China's future control of group boycott. |
