| 摘 要： | 简短疗法是社会建构主义心理学的意识观在成人咨询与治疗领域的具体实践之一,它是一种以寻找解决问题的方法为核心的心理咨询与治疗技术。简短疗法从理论上消解病理心理的本体论地位,重新诠释了心理咨询与治疗过程,并提出重建成人来访者和治疗师的关系,提倡让成人来访者运用自己的能力及经验来改变自身的意识经验,达到问题的解决。

| Abstract: | The brief therapy focusing on the solution of problems is a method for the adults psychological consultation and treatment and it is also a practice of consciousness in the social constructionist . The ontological status of the pathological psychology is canceled and the process of psychological consultation and treatment is interpreted newly by the brief therapy.
