摘    要:以太湖南北方向的表层沉积物为研究对象,采用传统水解酶活性测定方法,考察了冬夏季节碱性磷酸酶(APA)、芳基硫酸酯酶(ARS)和荧光素二乙酸酯酶(FDA)3种水解酶活性的空间变化特征,并同步分析了酶活性与重金属离子等环境因子的相关关系。结果表明:3种水解酶活性在太湖表层沉积物中的分布均具明显的季节差异和空间差异,同时亦表现出大体一致的趋势,即河口区表现出较高的酶活性,而湖心区较低。APA、ARS酶活性、TP、温度及LOI间有显著的正相关关系(p〈0.01),而FDA与另外两种水解酶的相关性不高(p〉0.05)。同时亦发现多数重金属离子(除Sr)间呈显著的正相关。

Abstract:With the surface sediment throughout northern to southern direction of the Lake Taihu as study target,the activities of three kinds of enzymes including alkaline phosphatase(APA),arylsulfatase(ARS) and FDA hydrolase were detected by using the classical methods,and the relationship between hydrolytic enzymes activities and environmental factors such as heavy metal ions,LOI,TP and pH etc were simultaneously analyzed.The result showed that all enzymes activities detected showed the significant spatial heterogeneity and seasonal variation in the distribution of Lake Taihu with p<0.05.Meanwhile,enzymes activities in the surface sediment showed generally same trends,and varied with different sites and were correlated with the contamination level and surroundings of the sediment.There was also a positive relationship between APA,ARS,TP,temperature and LOI,but FDA did not show these similar trends.Statistic analysis found that most of heavy metal ions(except for Sr) showed a significant positive correlation.
