| 摘 要： | 成人函授教育是我国高等成人学历教育、推动继续教育事业发展的重要办学形式和保障,长期来受教学资源投入不足、教育管理淡化等因素影响,教学质量显下滑现象,影响着成人继续教育的质量。成人函授教育教学质量的影响因素和构建成人函授教育质量监控体系具有必要性,从人才培养目标、师资队伍、课堂教学过程、教学资源、自学过程质量监控、教学考核、评价及管理运行等方面探讨了成人函授教育教学质量的监控体系建设,为高校成人函授教育的建设与管理提供一定的借鉴价值和理论参考。

| Abstract: | The adult correspondence education is an important form of school running and provides the security for the higher adult diploma education and the continuing education development.The quality of the adult correspondence education had dropped due to the insufficient input of the teaching resources,the desalination of the education management and so on,which had affected the quality of the adult continuing education.Based on the analysis of the factors that affected the adult correspondence education quality and the necessity in constructing monitoring system of the adult correspondence education quality,this paper probes the construction of monitoring system of the adult correspondence education quality from the aspects of the education target,teaching staff,classroom teaching process,teaching resources,self-study process quality monitoring,teaching evaluation,assessment,and the management and so on,which will provide significant reference value and theoretical reference for the construction and management of the adult correspondence education. |
