| 摘 要： | 本文系统研究了北京大型体育赛事突发事件应急处理的相关问题,涉及的主要内容有:大型体育赛事突发事件的特点及种类,国内外处理大型体育赛事突发事件的经验及面临的突出问题,北京大型体育赛事突发事件应急处理体系的建立和完善,全面提高北京市公共聚集场所安全管理水平等四个方面。本研究对北京大型体育赛事突发事件应急处理提供理论参考。 |

| Abstract: | The authors of this paper have studied systematically the relative issues about measures against emergencies in time of large-scale competitions in Beijing,which include the following four aspects:the characteristics and types of emergencies,domestic and international experiences in dealing with emergencies and major problems that may arise,the establishment and perfection of a system of emergency measures in time of large-scale competitions in Beijing and means of improving the safety management level at public places.This study offers theoretical references of emergency measures in time of large-scale competitions in Beijing. |
