摘    要:在经济全球化和知识经济日益兴起的机遇和挑战中,企业的第一要务就是加强人力资源各个方面的研究和开发,而开发和管理人力资源的关键就是建立合理有效的薪酬管理体系。本文通过对L公司销售人员薪酬变革的案例探讨和分析我国中小企业薪酬管理方面存在的问题,并尝试改进解决方案。

Abstract:More and more companies have considered the Human Resource Management as one of the most critical elements in the 21st century.A reasonable and effective compensation management system could be the key of the HRM in the Economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy today.This papers which is about L Company'sales attends to tell some problems of the Chinese companies in compensation managements and try to give some solutions.
