| 摘 要： | 开发和利用档案信息资源是档案馆（室）永远的主题。目前，我们在档案信息开发利用工作中还存在不少问题。面临诸如档案信息化建设，特别是电子文件归档和电子档案管理、档案中介服务等新的挑战，档案部门应积极转变观念，健全和完善档案信息开发利用工作的法律和政策，简化有关手续，培养新型的档案人才，为档案信息开发利用工作营造良好的社会环境。

| Abstract: | To develop and use archives information resources is the permanent subject places. At present, There are lots of problems existed in our development and use work of archives. We faced with new challenges such as the construction of archives process , especially the filed electrical documents , electrical archives management and the medium service of archives. Confronting with these problems , and challenges ,we should change the original ideas actively , make the policies and laws of development and use of archives information perfect , simplify the associated formalities , train new type of professional crews and build a better social environment. |
