| 摘 要： | 教师和学生,是学校的主体,师生关系是高校的中心。在市场化日益普遍的今天,师生关系出现了异化。因此,树立科学的发展观,正确理解"以人为本",高校教育应以学生为中心,从教师、学生和学校的管理等方面来构建和谐的师生关系。

| Abstract: | With teachers and students being the main bodies of campus, teacher-student relationship has been the focus of campus life. And some changes have taken place in teacher-student relationship as education is more and more commercialized .So we should interpret"people-oriented"and"student-centered education"scientifically, establish harmonious teacher-student relationship from the angles of teacher, students and campus management. |
