| 摘 要： | 我国目前应加快发展公民政治参与。公民政治参与是指一个国家的公民依法通过一定的方式和程序 ,直接或间接地对政府政策的制订和执行表达集体或个人的政治意愿的活动。我国的公民政治参与的现状是滞后的 ,为了保证改革的科学决策 ,有效平衡当前矛盾 ,发挥改革的系统效应和迎接知识经济的挑战 ,必须完成政治体制的这一变革

| Abstract: | The development of the political participation of the citizens in China must be quickened.The citizens' political participation refers to the activities to express the will of the collective or individuals about the govermment's policy and its implementation through certain means or procedure,directly or indirectly,the present state of which in our country is retarded.In order to ensure the scientific policy making for the reform,effectively to banlance the contradictions,bring into full play of the reform system and to greet the challenges of the knowledge economy,this reform in the political mechanism must be carried out. |
