| 摘 要： | 目前考研热已呈"白热化"趋势,而考生考研前的过度焦虑更是严重影响着他们复习备考,以致很可能影响其考研的状态及成绩。在对这类学生焦虑情况进行调研基础上,本文提出了一套比较有效的干预策略,以帮助他们缓解过度焦虑,为其考研助力。
